We want to do business with you! Whether you are buying your first gypsy jazz guitar, upgrading to a higher-end instrument or selling a used guitar, we want to talk to you.

Here are our policies:

AMPS

Here at caravan guitars we will try to fit you with the perfect amp for whatever sound you are looking for!!! All of our sales associates have mass experience with amplifier’s, gypsy jazz guitars, and also arch-top guitars as well. Our associates are real players that do this for a living and are very passionate about their playing so please feel free to email us or call us anytime and talk to an expert in this Field.

All amps are FREE shipping and have a 30-day return policy; customer is responsible for return shipping. If there are any modifications made to the product it becomes final sale.

CONSIGNMENTS

We take a 15% fee for any consigned instruments. We ask that you give us 3 months minimum to sell your instrument. After that time if we have not sold the instrument we will either return it to you at your expense or continue to market it on our site.

GUITARS

There is a 48-hour acceptance period. If there has been any work done to the guitar (i.e. pickup installed) it is no longer eligible for return. If you have anything changed on a guitar that is being made for the store it does not qualify for return. Return shipping is at your cost and the original shipping is not refundable.

FINAL SALE

Cd’s, DVD’s, Picks, and strings are final sale. If you make any modifications to any guitar that you purchased it then qualifies it as final sale.

RETURNS

Any instrument returned to us will be done so at purchasers expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We will return all funds once the guitar or amp is back in our procession and is in original condition and we have inspected the shape that it was sent out in. If there have been any modifications or anything added to the instrument or amp then it becomes a final sale item and cannot be returned.

TAXES

We only tax purchases made in Illinois.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints need to be directed toward us solely in email or via phone our at our walk in store. We will keep the complaint confidential and we hope that you respect us as well to not post or forward to other outlets. Also, we will do our best to fix the issue in a timely manner.
